Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love every Nemara piece. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds work for orders placed on nemara.shop, operated by Veer Enterprises.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched — write to us at support@nemara.shop with your order number. You will receive a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under the policy below.

Returns

You can return a piece within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, unworn and in its original condition with its tags, pouch and packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings can be returned only if they arrive damaged, defective or are not what you ordered. Pieces bought on a final-sale offer are not returnable unless faulty.

To start a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason. We will arrange a reverse pickup where available, or share the return address. Once the piece reaches us, we inspect it within 2 working days.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (an unboxing video helps). We will send a replacement or give a full refund, including shipping charges, at no extra cost to you. Defects that appear later are covered by our 3-Month Warranty.

Exchanges

You can exchange an eligible piece for another size or design of equal value within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock. If the new piece costs more, we will share a link to pay the difference.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) through our payment gateway, PhonePe, within 5–7 working days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to reflect in your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. We do not offer cash refunds.
