Shipping & Delivery Policy

Nemara, operated by Veer Enterprises, ships across India. We do not ship internationally at present.

Dispatch

Orders are packed in a Nemara pouch and dispatched within 2–4 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days to metro cities and 4–7 working days to other locations, depending on the pincode and our courier partner. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders of ₹2,500 and above. Orders below ₹2,500 carry a flat shipping charge of ₹99, shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link by email and/or WhatsApp. You can also track your order from My Account.

Delivery issues

Please check that your address and pincode are correct before paying — we can update an address only before dispatch. If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to re-ship (re-shipping charges may apply) or refund the order value excluding shipping. If the outer packaging looks tampered with, please refuse the parcel or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours.

Delays

Delivery dates are estimates. Delays caused by courier disruptions, weather, strikes or other events outside our control are rare, but we will keep you updated if they happen.
