3-Month Warranty

Every Nemara piece carries a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.

Covered: a stone or bead coming loose, a clasp, hook or screw-back failing, or plating flaking under normal wear.

Not covered: everyday wear and tear, scratches, damage from water, perfume, sweat or chemicals, stretching or bending, and lost or stolen pieces.

To claim, write to us with your order number and a photo of the piece. We'll repair it or send a replacement — and if that design has sold out, you'll get full store credit.
